Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our services, Adonai Business Solutions, LLC. will work directly with you to attempt to reach a mutually satisfying outcome.

Once a refund request has been initiated, all work will stop immediately.

Audit Packages

Client Cancellation

The Client may cancel this Agreement by providing written notice to Adonai Business Solutions, LLC prior to the commencement of the Foundation Phase Audit.

• If cancellation occurs before work has begun, any payments made will be refunded minus a $250 administrative and scheduling fee.
• If cancellation occurs after the audit has begun, no refunds will be issued due to the time, analysis, and intellectual work already performed.

Non-Refundable Services

Once the Foundation Phase Audit has commenced, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of completion status, business outcomes, or client participation level. The audit is a strategic diagnostic service requiring upfront preparation, review, and expert analysis.

Installment Payments

If the Client selects the installment payment option, the Client agrees that all installment payments are due in full, even in the event of cancellation after the audit has begun. Failure to complete scheduled payments does not void this Agreement.

Consultant Cancellation

Adonai Business Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at its discretion. In such cases, any payments received for work not yet performed will be refunded in full.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered under this Agreement. Any concerns regarding services must be addressed directly with Adonai Business Solutions, LLC in writing.

Monthly Retainer Packages

If you chose to stop your monthly retainer package mid-month, all work will stop at the end of the month already paid for.  You will not be charged for the next month.

Money paid for services rendered will not be refunded.

 Late Payments

Payments made 3 days or more late, and credit card declines are charged a $25 fee.

You agree that Adonai Business Solutions, LLC may charge any credit card we have on file for you to collect late payments and credit card declines.
